This 4-day retreat (or longer on request) is a wonderful island immersion where we work in an intimate setting together, you will have a daily 1-on-1 session with your host Denise; an experienced psychologist. Before and after the retreat there is also a 1 on 1 to set an intention and to integrate your experience.

The Living the Life You Love Retreat is a sunny break from daily life to pause and set an intention for what you like to receive in your life.
You will feel nourished by the beautiful location in the north of Ibiza, a sweet home close to the famous Benirras beach. Every day we start with a wonderful and nourishing breakfast. Daily yoga and meditation to help you connect and feel your body.
We are going to bring you on beautiful hikes to the most stunning places! You will swim in the turquoise waters and enjoy secret beaches. We will dance together!
Every guest will have a 1-on-1 session with Denise (psychologist). There is plenty of time to relax and do whatever you feel you need. You can go explore the island by yourself or just enjoy the beauty of our home and the garden with a wonderful saltwater pool.
You will go home feeling deeply recharged and blissful from the deep connection you made with yourself and this magnetic island.

Come stay in our lovely home finca, next to Benirras beach
Your home for these days is our wonderful finca in the north of Ibiza, close to the famous Benirras beach. You will have your own deluxe Garden ensuite room. This independent casita room is bright and spacious with a big double bed and AC.
The house has a lovely relax garden with a saltwater pool. A little piece of Ibiza heaven.
